File Info Panel

The File Information tab displays details about the File itself, such as the file name, file size, and when it was uploaded. Additionally, CORE extracts any metadata that is in the File when you upload it. That metadata will be diplayed here as well. To access the File Information tab, click the icon in the Viewer.

CORE Tip: MD5 (for System Admins):
Note the MD5 is a unique identifier that is assigned to a file when upload has been completed. The function of the MD5 is to perform bit-level detection on each file to ensure file level de-duplication.

Troubleshooting: When troubleshooting playback, streaming or processing issues for a file you can find the MD5 here and provide this information to CORE support in order for us to expedite and identify the issue related to the file. When an MD5 is missing it usually means the file did not completely upload. Please have the uploader delete and re-upload the file if the MD5 is missing.
